Who says it's a slow market? 

The sellers were concerned about selling this home as it was located four doors down from the train tracks on a semi-busy street.  So what made it sell so quickly and for $2800 more than asking?  It was planning preparation and marketing.  The property was in the first time buyer price range and as a result we knew that certain things are sure to attract this marktket.  First and foremost was proper pricing.  The second was making sure the home was in great condition.  We also offered a Homebuyer's Warranty to allay any concerns over future expenses.  And finally, marketing, marketing, marketing!

The home was visited by thousands on line and we had a crowd in the yard previewing the exterior three days before the first open  house.  It sold immediately with three contracts for over asking price.  

Lesson learned... our web site and marketing package sells homes!!!
